Cancellation Policy

Advance booking is strongly advised to avoid disappointment.

Full payment will be taken on booking to secure your appointment.

We require 72 hours’ notice when cancelling a spa treatment otherwise the full cost of the treatment will not be refunded.

Group bookings of 6 or more require 2 weeks’ notice. We may also be able to move your appointment to an alternative date that is within 4 weeks of your original appointment date, however this is strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
